The trick to these classic tacos is a jar of picante sauce! Making delicious tacos just got a whole lot easier!
2 pounds ground beef
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
24 taco shells, warmed
Shredded Cheddar cheese OR Monterey Jack cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream
Cook the ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the picante sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the taco shells. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream, if desired.
